Do you find it hard to speak up, start conversations, or feel confident in social situations?
Our Young Adult Social Skills Series is designed specifically for young adults, ages 18+, navigating social anxiety, Selective Mutism, and social communication challenges. This 6-week virtual series gives you the opportunity to:
- Build confidence in social communication through interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and group collaboration
- Practice practical, age-relevant skills like introducing yourself, navigating group conversations, and maintaining connections
- Strengthen relationship skills, including building friendships, setting boundaries, and communicating your thoughts clearly
- Learn and discuss coping strategies to manage social anxiety, such as preparation techniques, mindset shifts, and confidence-building tools
- And more, all in a supportive & low-pressure environment!
Every session is guided by trained clinicians who meet you where you are, whether you’re nonverbal, easing into speech, or already verbal but looking to grow your confidence. You’ll gain tools and support to strengthen your social communication skills in a safe, encouraging group setting with peers who understand.
This virtual series is structured as a complete 6-session program, not individual drop-ins. Registration is $450 and includes the full 6-week program. This series will be hosted from July 15 to August 19, beginning at 6 PM EST each week.
