Selective Mutism and Social Anxiety Group for Ages 6 to 10 in Chatham, NJ

This group helps children learn evidence-based strategies to manage anxiety in social settings and build positive peer interactions.
Children will have opportunities to:
Practice skills in a supportive, real-life peer environment
Apply coping strategies to common anxiety-provoking situations, such as asking questions, starting conversations, presenting to a group, and interacting with others
Build confidence and reduce anxiety through engaging, fun, and interactive activities
