Virtual SPACE – Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions Group

This weekly group for parents and caregivers meets Wednesdays at 1:00 PM and is led by SPACE-trained providers. It supports caregivers of children with anxiety in learning effective, evidence-based strategies.
The group focuses on caregiver-led changes that reduce unhelpful accommodations and strengthen supportive communication, guided by the SPACE model for childhood anxiety.
