Dr. Youngdahl provides evidence-based, compassionate, and authentic treatment. She is enthusiastic about delivering therapeutic services and fosters a nurturing environment for children to flourish. Dr. Youngdahl sets appropriately high expectations for her clients and gently supports them in progressing towards their goals. She engages in collaboration with parents, schools, and other care providers to implement comprehensive care.

Dr. Youngdahl has received specialized training in treating Selective Mutism from experts in the field. She has several years of experience working with youth with Selective Mutism through both intensive (Confident Kids Camp) and outpatient services.
