Dr. Anna Martinez-Snyder is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on child and adolescent development from Northern Illinois University. She has extensive training in evidence-based assessment and treatment and practices from a cognitive-behavioral perspective while tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs.

Dr. Anna’s expertise is in treating anxiety disorders in children and adolescents using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Taking a client-centered and collaborative approach, Dr. Anna works closely with children and their parents throughout assessment and treatment. Her goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, sustain personal growth, and develop practical coping skills they can use throughout their lives. With a specific focus on anxiety, Dr. Anna aims to help clients shift from avoidant behavior to approach behavior, supporting them in effectively managing their anxiety.
