Rachel Lerner has her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Clark University and works in a private practice located in Durham, NC. Dr. Lerner specializes in working with children and adolescents with selective mutism and their caregivers. She utilizes evidence-based approaches in treating children with selective mutism and also takes a systems-based approach where she collaborates with caregivers and teachers to promote meaningful change in children’s lives.
