Group for children to learn evidence-based techniques to cope with anxiety in social settings and increase positive interactions and brave talking. Children practice skills in a real-life setting with peers and apply skills to specific anxiety-provoking situations, such as asking questions, starting conversations, presenting to groups, and interacting with peers all while engaging in fun, interactive activities.
