Does your teen struggle with speaking up, making friends, or feeling confident in social situations?
Our Teen Social Skills Groups (ages 13-17) are designed especially for teens with Social Anxiety, Selective Mutism, and social communication challenges. This 6-week virtual social skills series will give your teen the opportunity to:
- Build social communication confidence through games, role-plays, and teamwork challenges
- Practice real-life social skills like greetings, asking/answering questions, & keeping conversations going
- Strengthen friendship skills, including sharing ideas, problem-solving, & joining group projects
- Discuss coping strategies for managing social anxiety, such as relaxation, preparation, & confidence-building tools
- & so much more!
Every activity is guided by our trained clinicians using ensuring each individual is met where they are, whether nonverbal, transitioning into speech, or verbal! Give your child the tools and support to strengthen their social communication skills in a safe, encouraging group setting!
This virtual series is designed as a complete package of 6 sessions, not individual drop-ins. Registration is $450 and includes the full 6-week program. This series will be hosted from February 23, 2026 to March 30, 2026, starting at 6 PM EST each week.
