Randi Loeb, M.S. CCC SLP is a founding partner and co-director of Children’s Speech and Language Services, LLC (www.csls.us) in Lexington, MA where she carries an active caseload and supervises a staff of 10 therapists. She has over 20 years of experience as an American Speech and Hearing Association certified Speech-Language Pathologist. Randi specializes in Social Communication and has focused her practice on preschool through adolescent students with Selective Mutism, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Language-based Learning Disabilities, and Nonverbal Learning Disability. Randi provides assessments, direct treatment, and parent/caregiver/teacher consultations, as well as advocacy for children at school meetings. She is frequently asked to present workshops to school teams, classroom teachers and parent groups. Randi has also been an adjunct instructor in the Communication Sciences and Disorders Program at Emerson College.

Randi’s extensive experience treating social pragmatics provides the foundation for her approach with children experiencing Selective Mutism. She focuses on building a trusting relationship and creating supportive communication environments (e.g., the treatment session, school, home) that facilitate comfortable nonverbal, then verbal social interactions. She does this by working closely with the child’s parents, classroom teachers, therapist(s) and caregivers.
