Dr. Brittany Roslin is a licensed clinical psychologist and the Clinical Director of the Group CBT Program at Child and Family CBT in Westchester County. She is completing her two-year postdoctoral fellowship at The New York University Child Study Center in both the Institute for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Behavior Disorders and the Selective Mutism Program within the Anita Saltz Institute for Anxiety and Mood Disorders. She specializes in the evaluation and cognitive-behavioral treatments of a range of anxiety and mood disorders, and ADHD and disruptive behavior disorders with children, adolescents, and families. She has specialized training in parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), organizational skills therapy (OST), interpersonal psychotherapy for adolescents (IPT-A), and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). Dr. Roslin has extensive experience conducting group therapy with children and adolescents for social anxiety, selective mutism, social skills, anger management, ADHD, and organizational difficulties. Her research has focused on evaluating the efficacy of applying a tailored version of PCIT for the treatment of children with selective mutism.

Dr. Roslin received her B.A. in Psychology and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the George Washington University. She also studied psychology at Oxford University, UK. Dr. Roslin earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Hofstra University. Dr. Roslin completed her pre-doctoral internship at New York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center (NYPH/CUMC) where she provided individual, group, and family outpatient therapy to children and adolescents in the Pediatric Psychiatry Department of Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. She provided cognitive-behavioral interventions in the Children’s Anxiety and Depression Clinic and School-Based Mental Health Clinic.

In addition, she worked in the Child and Parent Psychotherapy Services Clinic and the Diagnostic and Research Institute for Autism Spectrum Disorders at Joan and Arnold Saltzman Community Services Center at Hofstra University. She held externships at the Child Mind Institute in the Selective Mutism Program and ADHD and Disruptive Behavior Disorders Service, and the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System in the Division of Trauma Psychiatry.
