Annie is an American Speech and Hearing Association certified Speech-Language Pathologist with eleven years of clinical experience. She graduated from West Virginia University where she had the opportunity to study under nationally renowned Dennis Ruscello Phd.,CCC-SLP. Annie has worked with children across the country including West Virginia, South Central Los Angeles, Atlanta and New Hampshire. Though she has worked with many populations, Annie’s particular area of clinical interest is Selective Mutism. Annie follows a “whole child” philosophy. She enjoys working closely with family members and other service providers to create a collaborative model of support for the children on her caseload.

Annie had the privilege of mentoring under Joleen Fernald,, a Speech-Language Pathologist and Selective Mutism expert, for four years. Annie is thrilled to be trained in Joleen’s DIR®Floortime™ Model of intervention for Selective Mutism.

Annie is the Selective Mutism Association State Coordinator for New Hampshire and leads a Selective Mutism Parent Support Group for families in NE who have a child(ren) with a diagnosis of SM.

Annie is the co-owner of New England Pediatric Services, LLC (NEPS) along with her business partner, Cassandra Chapman. New England Pediatric Services provides pediatric speech/language, occupational, and physical therapy for children ages birth-21 years.
