This 60-minute\, once-weekly virtual group is designed to support teens (ages 13 to 17) in taking meaningful steps toward greater communication and confidence. \n\n\n\nUsing evidence-based strategies and real-life practice scenarios\, teens build skills to navigate anxiety\, improve self-awareness\, and connect with peers. Group sessions include a mix of structured activities and organic conversation\, all guided by a clinician who understands how to meet teens where they are and help them move forward.
